ICCIRA IS SEEKING FOR BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS

FIELD: International Legal, Regulatory and Constitutional Blockchain Ecology on Arts, Culture, Creative Industries and Entertainment Legislature.

The International Cultural and Creative Industries Regulatory Authority a non-profit regulatory organisation, is paving the way for the future of International Arts, Culture, Creative Industries and Entertainment Legislation and Regulatory Framework with the use of Artificial Inteligence AI and Blockchain Technology.

ICCIRA collectively creates a peer-to-peer network to time record and verify incoming local, national and international legislation, articles amendments and distinct provisions, which could be managed and updated independently without a central authority. ICCIRA’s authorised team within the legislation and regulatory Blockchain framework should record and maintain all the incoming data in the ledger forming its own transactions and patterns, including secondary information and cases.

Verified transactions by the established legislature should be added to the ledger as a block, and a peer-to-peer chain of network servers (its nodes) are verified using distribution system and architecture. When a new transaction is verified, it should be added to the Blockchain and can never be altered. All nodes (the national regulators) possess an open copy of the ICCIRA Blockchain content.

The legislature or authorised users, ensure that all transactions are written into the block only if are approved by systemic handlers, the legislature. In this way ICCIRA legal and regulatory Blockchain content and circulated legal and regulatory or constitutional framework, would contain a secured history of data exchanges. The constitutions, laws, legal and regulatory Blockchain framework should update itself regularly.

ICCIRA legal and regulatory Blockchain framework will allow all established individuals, corporations, institutions and public entities to access a cloud-based Arts, Culture, Creative Industries and Entertainment Legislation and Regulatory Framework ecology, and to recommend or construct their own apps and other functions on the Blockchain system while the Partner Blockchain Company monitors the service and maintenance of the system architecture of all the activities involved in maintaining the functionalities.

We aim to produce a single international cultural law environment, with the intention to present it in more than one language the national laws per country, enabling comparative qualitative and combinatorial research, analysis and understanding.

In this context, ICCIRA, invites Blockchain Developers to partner with our Institution in order to create something meaningful within this nascent global cultural and creative society.

ICCIRA’s clients: Governments, International Organisations, Corporations, Associations and public and private sectors legal entities.
